Objective:
MedCompare is a trusted medical travel platform that simplifies healthcare journeys by connecting patients with top hospitals, doctors, and treatment packages across the world. I designed a responsive website in Figma to make international healthcare feel approachable, credible, and stress-free.
Problem:
How might we help patients easily navigate a complex global healthcare landscape while instilling trust and making personalized care accessible?
My Role:
UX/UI Designer
Designed a responsive, patient-centric website
Focused on improving trust, clarity, and engagement
Process:
Studied top healthcare and travel sites to identify usability best practices
Designed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups with clear patient journeys
Organized content to highlight credibility (hospital profiles, doctor expertise, transparent pricing)
Designed responsive layouts for seamless use across mobile and desktop
Key Highlights:
Developed intuitive search filters and booking flow for treatments and hospitals
Prioritized patient stories and transparency to reduce anxiety
Designed a visual style balancing professionalism and empathy — calming colors, clean typography, and spacious layouts
Outcome:
Delivered a polished, responsive prototype for stakeholder review and development handoff
The design facilitated early client conversations with international hospital partners
Positive feedback on usability and credibility — making complex information feel approachable
What I Learned:
Building for health and travel requires careful attention to trust and cultural nuances
Personalization features and supportive tone drive confidence and engagement
Strong UX writing and simple visual language matter as much as layout when designing sensitive, high-stakes experiences
